Pembrokeshire has been named as the top seaside destination that has the most dog-friendly beaches in the UK.
And it’s no surprise considering the area has 81 beaches that are open for our furry friends 365 days a year.
The area is home to a number of pretty bays, including West Angle Beach that has no restrictions on pets, meaning your dogs are free to run around as they please.
The research by Uswitch also revealed that three other locations across Wales also made the top 10 list for the most dog-friendly beaches in the UK – Anglesey, Glamorgan and Ceredigion.
The UK’s 10 most dog-friendly beaches
1. Wales – Pembrokeshire – 81 beaches

While councils use all sorts of powers to enforce the bans some use by-laws which can result in fines for offenders.
You will be pleased to know that there are some beautiful sandy spaces across the country that allow pups and their owners to play on the sand all year round.
In Pembrokeshire, you also have Little Haven, Broad Haven (South), Monkstone Beach and Barafundle Bay where you can take your dogs all year round.
